Preparing your experience...
Back to ExperiencesTea. Ink. Earth. A sensory journey just 20 minutes from the airport.
Step through the sliding wooden doors of our 80-year-old ancestral home in Kaizuka and leave the modern world behind. This is not a museum; it is a living, breathing home where the spirit of traditional Japan is kept alive every single day.
Your time here is unscripted but deeply curated. You will kneel on tatami mats that have absorbed decades of history, whisk matcha until it foams into a jade green, and feel the weight of a calligraphy brush in your hand. Outside, our family farm awaits—where you will touch the soil that grows the seasonal vegetables we eat.
It is quiet here. It is real. And for a few hours, it is your home too.
Real experiences from our Nagomi Home Tour.
