Prices are shown in Japanese yen on each experience page. Prices are per person unless stated otherwise.
商品代金以外の必要料金
Transportation to and from the meeting location, personal expenses, internet connection charges, currency conversion fees, and card issuer fees are paid by the customer unless clearly included in the experience.
支払方法
Online reservations and card payments are handled through Cal.com with Stripe as the payment processor, or through a confirmed Stripe payment link when arranged directly by email.
支払時期
Payment is due at the time of online reservation or by the due date stated in the confirmed payment link. A reservation is confirmed only after availability is accepted and payment is completed.
役務の提供時期
The service is provided in person at the date, time, and meeting location confirmed for the selected experience.
キャンセル・返金
Free cancellation is available until 7 days before the scheduled experience. A 50% cancellation fee applies from 7 days before until 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.
返品
Because experiences are in-person services, returns are not available after the service has been provided. Cancellation terms apply before the scheduled experience.
